The Nottinghamshire County championships were held yesterday at Sherwood Archers ground in Southwell. Despite the rain showers and a tricky wind, most of us came away with medals and personal best performances. 

Sallie was lady recurve champion for the second year, and Emma was third. Our junior members did very well, with Henry winning the junior gent overall trophy, and Mimi, Tobias, Sarah, Oran and Amber all wining medals in their age categories.

Mattia and Amber claimed their 1100 and 800 Rose badges (respectively) as well.

This was also the final selection shoot for the Nottinghamshire junior and senior teams, which will be announced in the next few days. Wilford will be well represented in both teams.
