Changes to the Website

I have created a new page called Showcase.

This page has been created to highlight some of the many activities and events that the club has been involved in over the last year.

It is my hope that as people visit the site, they will get a real sense of the club’s involvement in both the local community along with national/international arena.

Where possible I have place a link to the associated event.

I have even managed to find the magazine article from United Airlines’ in flight magazine Hemispheres.

If you can think of anymore events/activities that should be listed, please email me.

Club Compound Bow

We are happy to announce that the club has purchased a compound bow.

This purchase allows club members looking to move to compound, the opportunity to try the bow before they buy.

If you are interested in trying out the bow then please speak to Steve.

Wilford Rose Sunday 19th May

We had a very good turnout for the 2013 Wilford Rose shoot, with competitors traveling considerable distances to take part. (from Cheshire, Shropshire, Northants, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire for example).

Wilford Bowmen had a record number of members taking part. – Steve Attwood, Mike Thomason, Mark Cherry, Robert Duda, Matt Johnson, Navneet Narula, Arjun Narula, Sarah Oliver and Gary Meakin, Henry Tien and Mimi Tien

We held a silence at assembly in memory of Denis Beresford.
